To book your car, all you need is a credit or debit card. When you pick the car up, you'll need: • Your voucher to show that you've paid for the car. • The main driver's credit / debit card, with enough available funds for the car's deposit. • Each driver's full, valid driving licence, which they've held for at least 12 months. • Your passport and any other ID the car hire company needs to see.
The following payment methods are accepted: credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. Please, note that when picking up the car, you will still need to have a credit card in the name of the main driver to leave a deposit.
You can amend your booking in „My Bookings” section at website at least 48 hours before your rental is due to start. Please note that if you decide to amend your booking you will be charged an Amendment Fee of 18.00 EUR. If you have purchased Cancel Protection you can amend your booking without Amendment Fee up until 1 hour before scheduled pickup. Please note that any amendment such as amendment of pick-up or drop-off location, car group, rental period and driver’s personal details may affect rental price which may be different from what you paid initially.
You can check the status of your booking at any time by visiting the My Booking section. You will automatically receive a link to this page after you make a booking on our site. If your booking status says “confirmed,” but you have not received a confirmation email from us, there are a couple of steps you can take. First, refresh and double-check your inbox. If the confirmation email still has not arrived, check your spam folder. If after doing this, you still are not able to locate your booking confirmation email, please contact our Customer Support team; we will be happy to assist you.
In order to cancel your booking, you can visit the My Booking section. If the reason for cancellation is a change of flight or other plans, we can offer you the possibility of modifying your booking`s dates and times. In the My Booking section, you are able to see what amounts are refundable according to when you request cancellation. If you contact us after the rental period has already begun, no booking-related payments are refundable.
The deposit is an amount consisting of an excess and a cost of fuel which is blocked on the customer's credit card as a guarantee on the rental car. The amount of the deposit varies according to the car category. The deposit is unlocked by the car rental company on the drop off date provided that the car is returned in the same condition as rented. An excess is an amount of money withheld by the car rental company from the deposit you left when you picked the car up if the car was damaged (Damage Excess) or stolen (Theft Excess) during the rental. For example, if your damage excess was 300 EUR and damage to the bodywork is 1,000 EUR on return, you would only have to pay 300 EUR. The rest 700 EUR would be covered by CDW policy
Yes, you will have to pay for toll roads just as you would if you were driving your own car. It is a good idea to familiarize yourself with the toll system and the usual method of payment in the country where you’ll be traveling. Not all countries offer the possibility of paying for toll roads in cash at booths along the highway—some require an electronic transponder. To find out the exact types of payment methods on toll roads in the country where you will be traveling, we strongly recommend contacting the car rental supplier directly.
You are required to pay for any optional equipment when you pick up the car. If the optional equipment is added on our website, the exact cost of it will be shown on your voucher. Because the car provider takes payment directly for any optional equipment you choose, we, unfortunately, can not guarantee that they will have what you request available.
If you are planning to cross the border of the country you are renting the car in please check Terms & Conditions of the car rental because the restrictions may apply for some countries as well as an additional fee and additional coverage. It may also not be possible to take the car to another country depending on where you are renting.
Yes, it is possible. When selecting pick-up and drop-off locations on our website, we’ll show you the available rental companies and cars for that type of rental. There are three options for this type of service. You can choose to pick up your car at the airport and later drop it off at a rental office somewhere else in the same city, such as a downtown office or a train station. You can choose to pick up your car in one city and drop it off in another city in the same country. Finally, you can choose to pick up your car in one country and drop it off in a different country. Each of these options involves a one-way rental fee. Make sure you familiarize yourself with the price you will be expected to pay for dropping off your car at a different location. The exact price will differ from one car to another.
The price of your rental is calculated based on pick-up and drop-off times and dates specified in your rental agreement. You won’t get a refund for unused time if you pick the car up late or drop it off early.
Flights can be delayed or canceled by the airline due to a number of reasons. If your flight is delayed, please be sure to inform the rental company about it - otherwise, if you arrive at the pick-up location late, will be considered a no-show.
